Moving is a stressful experience in all our lives with a multitude of details and challenges that seem to just pop up out of nowhere. My realtor, Robin Hall, went far above my expectations in assisting me with the purchase of my new home, eliminating both the mental and emotional tensions that can arise. I was fortunate to sell my home immediately but that also presented other hurtles for me. At that time, I was living in another state, and I needed to purchase my next home within two months. There was only one thing that I knew, I wanted to live in Eau Claire to be close to family. How was I going to find a realtor in Eau Claire quickly? It seemed logical to ask my current real estate agent for advice. She did her research! There were certain criteria that she felt were necessary. She was confident that Robin would be the best choice for me. Immediately Robin began to guide me through the web of details that were in front of me. I soon realized that Robin was not only interested in hearing my expectations for my future home, but she was also invested in my wellbeing. Robin began sending me ideas for my new home and she always addressed my constant barrage of questions and concerns. Due to her tenacity, I sold and purchased a home within ten days. I was rather frantic with the time restraint I faced!! On the first day in my quest to find a home, Robin devoted so much time to me ,showing various homes that she thought would meet my criteria. Because she was so diligent, this process went smoothly. Consequently, I purchased my future home that afternoon. Because my home was under construction, I needed to select flooring, countertops, faucets, etc.. The next day, Robin drove me to every location necessary for me to accomplish this task. She offered suggestions and guided me through the labyrinth of selections. Robin was extremely valuable to me!! I left the next day, and little did I know just how much I would need Robin over the weeks ahead. Unfortunately, I was not able to return to Eau Claire until the day of the closing which placed many extra burdens on Robin. Some items were backordered which necessitated making other selections. Once again, Robin guided me through this hurdle. Since I trusted her judgement, the results turned out great. I appreciated the pictures she sent me as the house evolved.I marveled at her patience and expertise. She had my back every step of the way. The closing was seamless. It has now been five weeks since I moved in, and I still reach out to Robin with concerns and questions. With her professionalism, she has resolved my issues with grace, always acting in my best interest. If you have ever built a home, you certainly know that there will be some aspects that still need completion and some details that need corrections. My builder completed my home in record time. Robin worked in tantrum with him to make this happen which seemed like an impossible task to me. I highly recommend Robin as a realtor. She is a strong advocate for her clients and makes this difficult process seem so easy. Most importantly, Robin is a person who deeply cares about others, handling life with grace.

“We had a great experience working with Robin. We had been looking for a home in the area, and touched base with a couple of agents regarding listed homes. Though we did not choose the home we initially contacted Robin in regards of, we met with her and she was able to quickly understand what we where looking for and within 24 hours had located several other homes for us to look at. Which was great since we were just in town on vacation and had only a couple days to look. Long story short we fell in love with the second home she showed us. Having not even put our current home up for sale, Robin did an awesome job over the next 6 weeks as she had to work out contingent offer with seller to allow us time to sell and move. Robin was great at working through all the issues and timing needed to make this work. We absolutely love our new home and thank Robin so much for working through all the contingency issues with the sellers to make it happen.”
